President and Principal Executive Officer On November 8, 2021, NexPoint Strategic Opportunities Fund changed its name to "NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust" (the "Company"). In addition to the name change, the Company changed its ticker to "NXDT." The name change is part of the Company's ongoing conversion from a registered investment company to a diversified real estate investment trust.
