Privacy Policy
Clearer than boilerplate, and closer to how the product actually works
PortfolioSavvy tries to keep data collection narrow: account information when you choose to create an account, essential site operations, and optional analytics or advertising only after consent where those technologies are enabled.

Controller and payment processing
The controller is Logisoft Szymon Sawicki, ul. Piotrkowska 103/105/9, 90-425 Łódź, Poland, NIP 8341722804. Contact info@logisoft.pl for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection requests. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or your local data protection authority.
New Pro purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe and Link process your billing address, payment details, tax identifiers, transaction information and payment-support requests, and send transaction documents. PortfolioSavvy sends Stripe your account email and an internal account reference to perform the subscription contract; we retain provider references, paid-period state, versioned contract information and withdrawal correspondence. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Payment and legally required accounting records may need to remain after account deletion. Withdrawal statements are shared with our billing support and acknowledged to your account email. When a statement concerns a Managed Payments purchase, relevant subscription and request information may be shared with Link to coordinate payment or refund support.
Account and billing processing is necessary for the contract and applicable legal obligations; optional analytics remains based on consent. Stripe describes its processing, international transfers and safeguards in its Privacy Policy. Link explains its processing in its Privacy Policy. Essential payment processing is separate from optional advertising or analytics consent.
What information may be involved
With analytics consent, we also measure completed account actions such as verification, following a company, reviewing a source and subscription outcomes. These account-linked records are retained for up to 90 days, contain no email address, search text or full page URL, and are removed from analytics when you withdraw consent or delete your account.
This optional measurement includes saving a filter, opting into a digest, SMTP acceptance and days of returning to watchlists. It does not record private filter names or criteria, or track email opens. After analytics consent, we may remember an approved campaign category for up to 90 days to compare account cohorts; arbitrary campaign text and full referrer URLs are not included in these account records. Administrators and marked QA accounts are excluded.
- If you create an account, the service may store basics such as your email address, authentication details, and saved research preferences.
- When you use public pages, the app may record limited product telemetry such as page path, page type, clicked CTA, module name, or search query length to understand whether the product stays useful and readable.
- Server logs may include routine operational information such as IP address, browser details, request path, and timestamps for security and reliability.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising consent
Technically necessary cookies may be used to keep the site working, remember basic preferences, and support account/session features. Optional analytics and marketing categories are handled through the site’s consent banner.
When Google tag tooling is enabled in production, consent defaults to denied for analytics and advertising storage until your saved preferences restore or update those settings. That means optional storage is not supposed to start in the granted state by default.
If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense or related Google advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies according to your consent choices and Google’s policies. You can review more from Google’s AdSense privacy guidance and Google Ad Settings.

This policy may change as the product evolves. Material trust or monetization changes should be reflected here instead of being hidden inside generic legal copy.
