This stock option award will vest and become exercisable over seven years as follows: 10% of the options will vest on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date, 15% of the options will vest on each of the fourth and fifth anniversaries of the grant date, and 20% of the options will vest on each of the sixth and seventh anniversaries of the grant date, subject to continuous service.
