Effective September 30, 2023, the reporting person ceased serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - Towers of Crown Castle Inc. As a result, the reporting person is generally no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with transactions in the equity securities of Crown Castle Inc. and therefore will no longer report such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
