F1	Shares issued in settlement of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted in 2022 that have vested pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended (the "Plan") in connection with the Reporting Person's service as the Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer, which RSUs vest on each anniversary of the grant date such that the RSUs will fully vest on the third anniversary of the grant date.
F2	The Reporting Person is the sole shareholder of ZRB Holdings Inc.
