Remarks:

On December 22, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that incorrectly reported that an award of 247,934 shares of restricted stock vested over three years instead of over five years. In addition, the Form 4 incorrectly reported that the reporting person had been granted an option to purchase 185,951 shares of common stock and an option to purchase 185,950 shares of common stock when such grants did not in fact occur.
