("TPCO"), Gold Flora, LLC ("Gold Flora"), Stately Capital Corporation ("Stately"), Gold Flora Corporation ("Issuer") and Golden Grizzly Bear LLC. TPCO, Stately, and Issuer amalgamated to form a new corporation. Issuer shares were issued in exchange for Gold Flora membership units.
F2 Mounsey Family Farms, LLC is managed by Reporting Person's spouse. Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership over these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest.
