F3 On February 4, 2022, the Reporting Person received 38,205 RSUs as merger consideration pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 18, 2021, as amended, by and among the Issuer, formerly known as ECP Environmental Growth Opportunities Corp., a Delaware corporation ("ENNV"), ENNV Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of ENNV, and Fast Radius Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
