F1 Restricted stock units ("RSUs") converted into FSRD common stock on a one-for-one basis.
F2 The Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own the reported securities. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
F3 On February 4, 2022, the Reporting Person received 38,205 RSUs as merger consideration pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 18, 2021, as amended, by and among the Issuer, formerly known as ECP Environmental Growth Opportunities Corp., a Delaware corporation ("ENNV"), ENNV Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of ENNV, and Fast Radius Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Of such 38,205 RSUs, 17,650 remain unvested and vest quarterly through May of 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service.
