F1	The determination of 10% Owner relies on the 1,088,192 outstanding shares disclosed in the Form 424B3 - Prospectus by the issuer on December 18, 2025, which reports share totals as of December 5, 2025. The prospectus pertains to the resale, from time to time, by selling stockholders of up to 7,962,279 shares of common stock. While not yet finalized, the issuance of additional shares could materially increase the number of outstanding common shares and result in substantial dilution to existing stockholders.
