The Trustees of the British Airways Pensions outsourced their investment mandate to BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited the UK arm of a US headquartered global asset manager. Accordingly, as at the Q2, 2021 end date of 30 June 2021 British Airways Pensions Management Limited (historically the "in-house" investment manager) no longer managed any of the pension assets and had no positions or values to disclose under 13F and the qualifying positions of the BA Pensions portfolios would be included in the broader filing made by BlackRock.
