This is a re-statement of a the previously filed 13F Holdings Report for Q2, 2021, which in error had attached a file with the holdings/values for Q1, 2021 while instead (and as indicated elsewhere within that original filing) there were zero holdings/values as at the reporting date and a 13F Notice should instead have been filed. Further background information which explains the reduction to the zero holdings/value filing is that on 1 June 2021 the Trustees of the British Airways Pensions outsourced their investment mandate to BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited the UK arm of a US headquartered global asset manager. Accordingly, as at the Q2, 2021 end date of 30 June 2021 British Airways Pensions Management Limited (historically the "in-house" investment manager) no longer managed any of the pension assets and had no positions or values to disclose under 13F and the qualifying positions of the BA Pensions portfolios would be included in the broader filing made by BlackRock (details shown above). As explained above, this restatement corrects the original filing in which the Q1, 2021 holdings/values report had been attached in error and it also makes it clearer why there are no positions to be disclosed through a 13F filing for Q1, 2021 and all subsequent reporting quarters. As at 23 August 2021 British Airways Pensions Management Ltd is no longer authorised and regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority and will not be making any further 13F filings.
