The Manager is filing this amendment for the following: (A) to amend reported holdings market value previously overstated by market values not being rounded to the nearest one thousand dollars in the original filing; and (B) to give notice that the Manager never had investment discretion of $100 million or more in 13F securities. The original Form 13F-HR filed on 11/06/14 for period ending 09/30/14 was filed in error; therefore, the Manager will not be filing future Form 13F filings until the Manager has reached investment discretion of $100 million or more in 13F securities.
