This amendment updates holding entries to the Schedule 13F for the quarter ended on March 31, 2018. Due to a procedural error, certain positions in Revlon Inc., Scientific Games Corporation, eBay, ISHARES Trust REIT, and Pennsylvania Real Estate should not have been included in the filing, specifically those attributed to RBC Private Counsel (USA) Inc. The inclusion resulted in a related overstatement. The procedural error resulted in an overstatement of the same Scientific Games Corporation, eBay, ISHARES Trust REIT, and Pennsylvania Real Estate positions attributed to RBC Private Counsel (USA) Inc. in the Schedule 13F for the quarter ended on December 31, 2017.
