This amendment restates the 13F filed for this quarter to correct the value and share amount of the reported position in EQUITY LIFESTYLE PPTYS INC over which Other Included Manger No. 1, Samuel Zell Administrative Trust, exercised investment discretion, which was inadvertently underreported due to a delay in receiving the relevant data from the broker.
