Restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the Issuer's 2023 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). The RSUs vest in four equal tranches on each anniversary of the Reportion Person's employment agreement with the Issuer, in each case subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through the applicable vesting date and the terms and conditions of the underlying award agreement. Each RSU represents the right to receive one ordinary share of the Issuer.
