Footnote F1

The original Form 4, filed February 13, 2026, is being amended by this Form 4 Amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which misrepresented the number of shares granted of restricted stock as 3,174, when the correct reported grant of restricted stock should have been 9,474 shares. As a result of the administrative error, the total number of securities beneficially owned following the transaction should be reported as 104,249.
