On May 1, 2025, the reporting person was granted 400,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Grant Shares"), par value US$0.0001 per share, as compensation for services provided by the reporting person as the Chief Financial Officer to the Company. The Grant Shares were issued on May 21, 2025 to the reporting person. In June 2025, the Grant Shares were converted into 400,000 Class A Ordinary Shares.
