Footnote F1

To qualify for certain tax benefits under Section 102 of the Israeli Tax Ordinance, securities issued to an employee or director in connection with the Pulsenmore Ltd. 2019 Amended Share Incentive Plan must be registered in the name of a trustee.

Footnote F2

The options were granted on October 3, 2021. The options will vest and become exercisable as follows: 1,523 options on February 1, 2027, and the remaining portion in twelve equal quarterly installments thereafter, beginning May 1, 2027 and ending February 1, 2030, in each case subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.

The exercise price of this option, originally denominated in New Israeli Shekels ("NIS") in the amount of NIS 19.896, is presented in the table in U.S. dollars ("USD") based on the exchange rate reported by the Bank of Israel on March 11, 2026, which was NIS 3.106 = USD 1.00.
