Each American depositary share ("ADS") represents fifty (50) Class A ordinary shares, with a par value of US$0.0001 per share, of 17 Education & Technology Group Inc. (the "Company").

On July 10, 2021, the reporting person was granted the options to purchase 400,000 Class A ordinary shares of the Company. These options vest in four equal annual installments beginning on July 10, 2022 and have been fully vested.
