The voting and dispositive control over Westlake Opportunity GP I is held by the managing director of Westlake Opportunity GP I, Beth Seidenberg, and whom disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by Westlake Opportunity except to the extent of such person's pecuniary interest therein, if any. Sean Harper, a Reporting Person on Westlake Opportunity's prior Section 16 filings with respect to the Issuer, is no longer a managing director of Westlake Opportunity GP I, and accordingly, is not a Reporting Person on this Form 4.
