Footnote F1

Reflects dividend equivalent reinvestments that were accrued with respect to the Performance Stock Units ("PSUs") granted on February 12, 2025. Each PSU represents a right to receive one CHESS Depositary Interest ("CDI") or, at the election of the Compensation and Nominating Committee of the Issuer's Board of Directors, an equivalent value of cash or shares of common stock of the Issuer (or a combination thereof). CDIs are units of beneficial ownership in shares of common stock of the Issuer that are publicly traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (the "ASX") and held by CHESS Depositary Nominees Pty, Limited, a subsidiary of ASX Limited, the company that operates the ASX. The CDIs are convertible into shares of common stock of the Issuer on a 10-for-1 basis.

Footnote F2

The PSUs were acquired on February 12, 2025 and are scheduled to vest on February 11, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through such date.

Footnote F3
