Footnote F2

UBS Group AG UBS,involuntarily became a 10 percent beneficial owner of GLST shares through no affirmative act of UBS. More specifically, a corporate action undertaken outside of UBSs control substantially reduced the issuers total shares outstanding, thereby increasing the beneficial ownership percentage of UBS s holding above the 10 percent threshold. While UBS temporarily was a 10 percent beneficial owner of GLST shares, all transactions executed by UBS were sales, resulting in no short swing profits.
