The RSUs vest in four approximately equal installments commencing on February 5, 2026. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive one share of common stock upon vesting.

Includes 7,570 time-based restricted stock units (RSUs) pursuant to the Coastal Financial Corporation 2018 Omnibus Incentive Plan, 1,016 of which vest in four approximately equal annual installments; 3,949 of which vest in three approximately equal annual installments; 2,605 of which vest in two approximately equal annual installments.
