Footnote F1

This amendment is being filed to correct the amount previously reported in the Form 4 filed on September 3, 2024 (the "Original Form 4") that inadvertently reported an award of 20,306 restricted stock units ("RSUs") that did not occur. The Reporting Person was not granted such RSUs and does not beneficially own any shares underlying the award reported on the Original Form 4.
