Ltd pursuant to the cashless exercise of warrants issued by the Issuer under the convertible note and warrant purchase agreement dated April 27, 2024. Additionally, Yumei Liu beneficially owns 542,517 shares of common stock through her direct 100% ownership of JOYER INVESTMENT LIMITED.
