Footnote F1

Reflects dividend equivalent reinvestments that were accrued with respect to the Performance Stock Units ("PSUs") granted on February 14, 2024. Each PSU represents a right to receive one CHESS Depositary Interest ("CDI") or, at the election of the Compensation and Nominating Committee of the Issuer's Board of Directors, an equivalent value of cash or shares of common stock of the Issuer (or a combination thereof). The CDIs are convertible into shares of common stock of the Issuer on a 10-for-1 basis.
