Represents 7,748 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the Expro Group Holdings N.V. 2022 Long-Term Incentive Plan as annual compensation to the non-employee members of the Board of Directors of the Issuer. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive, upon vesting, one share of common stock, nominal value Euro0.06 per share, of the Issuer. The RSUs vest on June 1, 2025.

The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on June 16, 2023 to satisfy the reporting person's tax liabilities.
