Footnote F1

Reflects an open market sale of 80,529 of the Issuer's Chess Depositary Interests ("CDIs"). The CDIs are convertible into shares of common stock of the Issuer on a 10-for-1 basis.

Footnote F2

The sale was executed in the form of CDIs, trading on the ASX, and as such the sale price has been converted to a U.S. Dollar equivalent, adjusting for the conversion ratio of 1 share of common stock per 10 CDIs.
