On October 4, 2023, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 20,000 shares of common stock of the issuer. The option vested in full following the satisfaction of certain performance criteria including the execution of a separation agreement and release by the reporting person and the expiration of a seven-day revocation period without the reporting person revoking the separation agreement and release.
