Footnote F1

Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the Amended & Restated Prairie Operating Co. Long-Term Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive, upon vesting, one share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Issuer ("Common Stock"). The 100,000 RSUs reported on this Form 4 will vest ratably in three annual installments beginning on May 3, 2024. Because these RSUs were granted in contemplation of a future reverse stock split of the Company's Common Stock, they will not be subject to further adjustment upon a reverse stock split.
