M-Star Management Corporation (the "Sponsor"), over which Leung Man Chak has voting and dispositive power, is the record holder of the securities reported herein. The Reporting Person is the sole owner of the voting securities of the Sponsor and may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the securities of Metal Sky Star Acquisition Corporation held of record by the Sponsor. However, Mr. Leung disclaims any such beneficial ownership except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.

The Sponsor purchased 330,000 units, at a purchase price of $10 per unit, each unit consisting of one ordinary share, one right to receive one-tenth (1/10th) of one ordinary share and one warrant to purchase one ordinary share.
