Footnote F1

Reflects a purchase of 30,238 of the Issuer's Chess Depositary Interests ("CDIs") in a pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer to eligible existing Coronado CDI holders. CDIs are units of beneficial ownership in shares of common stock of the Issuer that are publicly traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (the "ASX") and held by CHESS Depositary Nominees Pty, Limited ("CDN"), a subsidiary of ASX Limited, the company that operates the ASX. The CDIs are convertible into shares of common stock of the Issuer on a 10-for-1 basis.

Footnote F2

The purchase was executed in the form of CDIs, trading on the ASX, and as such the purchase price has been converted to a U.S. Dollar equivalent, adjusting for the conversion ratio of 1 share of common stock per 10 CDIs.

Footnote F3

Reflects an indirect economic interest in the Issuer held through superannuation funds. Voting and investment power in these shares are held in the Koeck Super Fund. Mr. Koeck and Pamela Edith Koeck are trustees of this fund with shared voting and investment power.
