Footnote F1

Represents the grant of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock upon settlement. Twenty percent (20%) of each such RSU award shall vest on December 15, 2022 and five percent (5%) of each such RSU award shall vest on a quarterly basis thereafter, so long as the Reporting Person continues to provide services through such vesting date.

Footnote F2

Twenty percent (20%) of the shares subject to the option grant vest on December 15, 2022, and the remaining eighty percent (80%) of each such grant vests on a monthly basis for the following four years, so long as the Reporting Person continues to provide services through such vesting dates.
