These Common Shares and Warrants are owned directly by Stonepeak Magnet Holdings LP ("Stonepeak Magnet"). Stonepeak Associates IV LLC is the sole general partner of Stonepeak Magnet. Stonepeak GP Investors IV LLC is the sole member of Stonepeak Associates IV LLC. Stonepeak GP Investors Manager LLC is the managing member of Stonepeak GP Investors IV LLC. Michael Dorrell is the managing member of Stonepeak GP Investors Manager LLC.
