Suzanne M. Nora Johnson joined the Visa board in October 2007 and did not stand for re-election at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Departing non-employee directors who joined the Visa board prior to November 2017 receive an equity grant for the year of departure, prorated for any partial year of service.
