The phantom stock units were accrued under the S&P Global Director Deferred Stock Ownership Plan and are to be settled 100% in SPGI common stock at such time as the reporting person ceases to be a director. Mr. Haldeman's service as a director of the S&P Global board ceased on 05/05/2021.
