The price reported represents the weighted average price of Class A common shares of Global Ship Lease, Inc. (the "Issuer") sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $45.02039 to $45.02940 per share. The reporting person will provide to the Issuer, or the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.

Includes 10,596 Class A Common Shares of the Issuer granted to the reporting person pursuant to the Issuer's 2019 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended and restated (the "Plan"), that have vested on June 30, 2026 but have not yet been issued.
