Represents shares of Ondas Inc. (the "Company") common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Common Stock"), received upon vesting of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs").

These shares were sold by the Company to fund tax liability attributable to the vesting of the RSUs.

Footnote F4

On November 4, 2025, the reporting person was granted 100,000 RSUs. The RSUs (i) vested approximately 8.3% on each of February 4, 2026, May 4, 2026, and August 4, 2026 and (ii) vest approximately 75.1% in nine successive equal quarterly installments, provided that the reporting person is an officer of the Company on the applicable vesting dates.
