In connection with his transition from Chief Executive Officer, the Reporting Person forfeited all unvested equity awards granted under the Issuer's 2022 Long-Term Incentive Plan, consisting of the following grants: 26,315 units granted on 03/29/2024; 57,068 units granted on 03/28/2025; and an aggregate of 287,500 units granted on 04/07/2026, representing a total of 370,883 forfeited units.
