Footnote F1

This Form 4/A is being filed solely to correct the number of stock options reported on the Form 4 originally filed on June 26, 2026 ("Original Form 4"). The number of stock options reported in the Original Form 4 was incorrect due to a miscalculation in the Black-Scholes valuation methodology used to determine the reportable amount of stock options.

Footnote F2

These options vest ratably over three years from the date of grant and are first exercisable one year from date of grant.
