The stock option shall vest and become exercisable with respect to all (100%) of the shares subject to the option on the earlier of (i) the one year anniversary of June 16, 2026 or (ii) the day preceding the date of the next annual meeting of stockholders following June 16, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through the vesting date.
