Footnote F1

This statement is being filed by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ("GS Group") and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. ("Goldman Sachs" and, together with GS Group, the "Reporting Persons"). Goldman Sachs is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GS Group. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein. On June 15, 2026, the Reporting Persons experienced an increase in their beneficial ownership of Aperture AC (the "Issuer") to above 10% of the outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares").

Footnote F2

These transactions in the Ordinary Shares of the Issuer were effected by Goldman Sachs acting as a market maker in the ordinary course of business.

Footnote F3

The Ordinary Shares of the Issuer reported herein as indirectly owned was beneficially owned directly by Goldman Sachs and indirectly by GS Group.

Without conceding market making trades in the ordinary course of business can result in liability under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act, the amount of profit potentially recoverable by the Issuer from the reported transactions in the event that they were subject to Section 16(b) will be remitted to the Issuer, if applicable.
