Footnote F1

The Reporting Person was granted restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which each represent a contingent right to receive one share of ordinary stock of Ceragon Networks Ltd. (the "Company"). The RSUs vest in four equal annual installments (25% per year) commencing on 6/11/2027 subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Company or its subsidiaries through each vesting date.

The Options vest 25% on the first anniversary of the grant date (06/11/2027) and the remaining 75% vest in twelve equal quarterly installments over a three-year period commencing on 6/11/2027, subject to the Reporting Persons continued service to the Company or its subsidiaries through each vesting date
