Reflects CHESS Depositary Interests ("CDIs") that were sold in order to satisfy the tax liability that arose upon the vesting of certain Performance Stock Units. The sales were executed in the form of CDIs, trading on the Australian Securities Exchange, and as such the purchase price has been converted to a U.S. Dollar equivalent, adjusting for the conversion ratio of 1 share of common stock per 10 CDIs.
