Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan, as amended and restated May 19, 2022 and will vest over 5 years as follows: 29% on each of the first and second anniversaries of the grant date, 25% on the third anniversary of the grant date, 9% on the fourth anniversary of the grant date, and 8% on the fifth anniversary of the grant date.
