Upon vesting, the restricted share units not subject to a timely deferral election under the M/I Homes, Inc. Director Equity Compensation Deferral Plan were settled in common shares of M/I Homes, Inc. on a one-for-one basis. The remaining vested restricted share units are subject to deferred settlement in accordance with the applicable deferral election.
