Cosmic Solution Group Limited, a BVI company, is the record holder of the 960,000 Class A ordinary shares reported herein. The Reporting Person is the sole owner and a director of Cosmic Solution Group Limited and is deemed to hold sole voting and dispositive power over the shares held by Cosmic Solution Group Limited.

Footnote F2

While the Reporting Person retains economic ownership of their Class A ordinary shares, the Reporting Person's voting rights are exercised by Mr. Andrew, LEE Yat Lung, Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer, pursuant to a March 13, 2025 proxy agreement (the "Proxy Agreement"). The Proxy Agreement is irrevocable for any reason other than for cause until March 13, 2027. Accordingly, the Reporting Person's total voting power percentage is 0.0% as of the date of hereof, while the Proxy Agreement remains in effect.
