F1 In connection with his promotion to EVP-Asset Management, the reporting person received an increase in salary. The reporting person agreed to take 100% of his salary increase in the form of shares of restricted stock with an 8-year restriction period. Because the reporting person elected to take his salary increase in these shares of restricted stock, the Company awarded Mr. Meyer additional compensation, in restricted stock, equal to his salary increase. The price of the securities acquired by the reporting person is based on the average price of the Company's common stock for the 10 trading days immediately preceding October 15, 2021, which was $45.84.
