Christopher Dixon Sorrells is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
The reporting person's current term as a Director of NuScale Power Corporation will expire in conjunction with the annual meeting, effective May 24, 2024. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of NuScale Power Corporation and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
